Natural sparkling wine called “Pet’Nat”.
It is a sparkling wine which has completed its fermentation in the bottle.
Unlike the traditional method, it is not a 2nd fermentation in the bottle to obtain effervescence. The Pet’ Nat’ starts its alcoholic fermentation in vats, then we bottle it so that it finishes directly in the bottle. There is also no bleeding, resulting in a slight veil and it is directly marketed with its metal capsule.
Bubble Gush is made from Gewurztraminer. It is thus fresh, light, fruity, perfect for an aperitif, a festive moment, or a simple desire to share a bubble of pleasure with friends!

Certains, parmi les plus nobles, font l'objet d'une distillation, après macération, dont le produit est fort apprécié des connaisseurs. Citons notamment la Prunelle, grosse comme une cerise avec son fard bleuté.
Excellente eau de vie élaborée à partir de fleurs de houblon, bière de garde maltée.
Extrait naturel d'agrumes, alcool neutre surfin, sucre, fine Champagne, arôme naturel, colorant caramel. De couleur orangée, elle est limpide et brillante. Au nez, elle est sur des notes caractéristiques d'oranges. En bouche on retrouve le goût d'orange légèrement amère.
