For over two centuries, the Wunsch & Mann estate has carried on a family tradition by crafting authentic Alsace wines. Located in Wettolsheim, our winery passionately cultivates the region’s emblematic grape varieties on exceptional terroirs.
Since 2008, we have chosen to manage our vineyard using organic farming methods, in order to preserve our values and our land for future generations. This approach reflects our commitment to producing healthy and authentic wines.

Wines from our terroirs
Our vineyards stretch across the hillsides of Wettolsheim and neighboring villages such as Eguisheim, Colmar, and Wintzenheim. We oversee every stage of production: grape selection, pressing, vinification, aging, and maturation in our cellars in Wettolsheim.
