Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) apply to all wine sales made by WUNSCH ET MANN VINS FINS D'ALSACE through its website, for the benefit of private or professional customers. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs, which prevail over any other document.
2. Prices
Prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (TTC). They apply with free shipping within mainland France (excluding Corsica) for any order of 12 bottles or more delivered to a single address.
For orders under 12 bottles, a flat-rate shipping fee of €20.00 is applied.
For international shipments, specific shipping charges are applied depending on the destination and the quantities ordered. These costs are provided to the customer prior to final validation of the order.
Applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed. Products and prices may be modified at any time, without affecting validated orders.
3. Discounts
The following discounts may be applied to the wine total:
- -2% from 60 bottles,
- -3% from 120 bottles,
- -5% from 240 bottles.
4. Orders
The customer selects the products and quantities desired, then validates the basket after reviewing these T&Cs. The order becomes final only after confirmation by WUNSCH ET MANN VINS FINS D'ALSACE and receipt of payment.
Wunsch & Mann reserves the right to refuse any abnormal order, any order made in bad faith, or any order from a customer with an existing dispute concerning payment of a previous order.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is made in full at the time of order:
- By credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) via a secure SSL-encrypted interface.
- By cheque payable to WUNSCH ET MANN VINS FINS D'ALSACE and sent along with the order confirmation to: WUNSCH & MANN – 2, rue des Clefs – 68920 Wettolsheim – France.
- By bank transfer to the account whose details (IBAN and BIC) are provided to the customer with the order confirmation.
An invoice is sent to the customer within a few days following shipment.
6. Product Description
The essential characteristics of products offered for sale are described on the Wunsch & Mann website. Photographs and illustrations are for indicative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Despite the care taken in presenting the wines, Wunsch & Mann cannot be held responsible for any unintentional material or typographical errors.
7. Offers and Availability
Product offers are made subject to stock availability. In case a reference is sold out, Wunsch & Mann reserves the right to offer a wine with similar characteristics and at a closely equivalent price.
Upon request, shipments may be made directly to third parties (gifts, corporate packages, etc.).
8. Delivery
Shipments are made directly from the Wunsch & Mann winery in Wettolsheim. Delivery times are provided for information only. Except during peak periods or cases of force majeure, delivery generally occurs within approximately 10 days from receipt of full payment.
Wines are packaged in boxes specifically designed for transport. However, damage during transit cannot be entirely ruled out.
9. Receipt and Claims
Upon receipt of the packages, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the condition of the goods and ensure that the delivery matches the order.
In case of damage or reasonable doubt (breakage, damaged parcel, missing items, etc.), the customer must:
- Record precise and substantiated reservations on the carrier’s delivery slip (mentioning the number of missing or broken bottles), or refuse the damaged parcel;
- Confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours;
- Notify Wunsch & Mann as soon as possible and provide all supporting documents.
Signing the delivery slip without reservation constitutes acknowledgement of goods received in good condition. No subsequent claim regarding transport-related damage will be accepted.
10. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the products, without justification and without penalties, except for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error by the seller.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, suitable for resale. Subject to compliance with these conditions, Wunsch & Mann will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
11. Retention of Title
WUNSCH & MANN retains full ownership of goods sold until full payment of the price, including all accessories. Transfer of risks, however, occurs upon delivery of the goods to the carrier or customer.
12. Protection of Minors
The sale of alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited. By validating the order, the customer declares that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
13. Personal Data
Information collected during the ordering process is necessary for processing, preparing and delivering products. It is intended exclusively for Wunsch & Mann and may only be shared with third parties involved in the order process (transport, payment, etc.).
In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose, limit, delete or transfer their personal data. These rights may be exercised by writing to: info@wunsch-mann.fr.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Colmar (68), regardless of the number of defendants or any third-party claims.
