The Crémant d’Alsace is an elegant sparkling wine that results from the marriage between Alsace grape varieties and the traditional Champagne method. The Crémant d’Alsace enjoys a personality and a growing reputation.
The Crémant d’Alsace is, with its discreetly fruity freshness, a refined aperitif and an ideal cocktail or reception drink.

Soil : clay and limestone hills of the Vosges
varieties : Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Serve in slender flutes to highlight the bubbles and at a temperature of 6°C.

Once one of the main Alsatian grape varieties, it now represents less than one percent of the plantings in Alsace.

Edelzwicker

It is a blended wine made from several white Alsatian grape varieties. It offers a fruity, harmonious nose and a smooth, well-balanced palate.

Gewurztraminer

Racy, full-bodied and well-structured, with an elegant bouquet of exotic fruits, flowers or spices that envelops the nose and fills the palate.

Muscat d'Alsace

Muscat d'Alsace

Dry with an inimitable fruit character. A wonderful aperitif and a delightful wine for receptions.

Pinot Blanc

Combining freshness and suppleness, it represents a balanced middle ground within the range of Alsace wines. It pairs well with most dishes.

Opulent, full-bodied and well-structured, it offers complex aromas of undergrowth along with smoky or roasted notes.

A dry red or rosé wine with red fruit aromas, especially cherry. It reveals all its charm and character when served slightly chilled.
