Wine made from late harvest, where the over-maturity has concentrated the aromas as well as the natural sugars of the grapes.

In a golden yellow color, this wine combines well-typed aromas of surmaturation (peach, apricot, candied fruit, honey) and a emerging minerality.

The palate is charming because of its balance between sweetness, fatness and acidity and offers a mineral freshness at the end of the mouth. Harmonious wine with a fine and silky texture.
