A pretty yellow color supported by finely golden highlights.

Fine and aromatic nose, reminiscent of yellow fruits, sweet spices, fresh apricot.

Very smooth on the palate, the whole is balanced by the minerality of the terroir, which brings lightness and dynamism despite the richness of the wine.

In its youth, the wine is quite in accordance with its name, it has an untamed character (Hengst means stallion). Bottle-ageing softens, refines and tames it. It will astonish gourmets and connoisseurs by its ageing potential.
