Chasse-Las dans les Bois (DRY)

This Chasselas spent a few months on lees in the wood half-muid, the equivalent of a large oak barrel.
 

A wine with a pale yellow color and subtle silvery highlights.

Its nose evokes ripe yellow fruits such as apricot, quince, and peach, along with floral notes.

The initial taste is rich, followed by a lovely freshness and minerality that lends a pleasant persistence on the palate.
